Patient Pass does not diagnose, treat, recommend, or evaluate clinical appropriateness.

All payments for compounded medications are handled directly between the patient and the partner pharmacy.

Patient Pass does not accept, process, or store any financial information.

Partner pharmacies handle all delivery and pickup logistics, including:

• Carrier shipping

• Local delivery (if available)

• In-pharmacy pickup (depending on the pharmacy)

Patient Pass simply tracks communication and status updates.

We share information only with the prescriber and the selected partner pharmacy, and only as needed to coordinate the prescription.

We do not sell or distribute personal health information to third parties.
